I attended the Body Energy Awareness & Movement retreat held by Oxana at a very stressful moment in my life. Throughout the four days, Oxana guided the group and me through meditation, forest bathing, star gazing, connecting to self, others, and the land. First time ever attending a meditation wellness retreat and I was blown away. The instructor, Oxana Beam, worked 15 hours a day to ensure we had the best possible experience. She takes a holistic approach to health to ensure we balance areas nutrition / sleep / mental emotional physical health. We learned breathwork techniques, meditations, yoga nidra, qi gong, chakras, and manifestation. Went on hikes in the morning and at night, and visited a Hot Springs and Sequoia national park. There were 12 of us total, and couldn't ask for a better group. Never have I been surrounded by such supportive, loving and kind people for such a duration. Highly recommend!

Oxana's Breath Work was a very useful 30 minutes class. Oxana is very knowledgeable, she takes time to explain the important things and make sure the class is exactly what you need. The breath work is suitable for beginners or experience practitioners. Also the use of essential oils really elevates the experience. I felt amazing after this class. Oxana's Chakra Balance class was my favorite class. Oxana definitely loves what she does and is noticeable in this class. She takes time to know your needs, explains everything really well and the result is a beautiful flow. I definitely felt balanced after the class. Her guidance through this flow was very nice. Highly recommend!

When I think about which words to use for Oxana, I think of depth and knowledge. I have taken many classes with Oxana and recently her Chi Gong practice and it was a beautiful experience. She was able to get me to settle my mind and feel from an internal place which is not easy to do especially over Zoom. She can work with you to tap into that deeper place within you and not anyone has the depth to do that. Oxana cares about her students and helps them to embrace their true selves by guiding them through her love and wisdom. When you are in her classes you feel supported and you trust that she is there to help you grow and be the best version of yourself. Also, she has so much knowledge about everything Wellness! I can ask her about chakras, spirituality, healthy foods, yoga, etc and she knows so much. I can go on with this review but one last thing is when you meet Oxana, her energy is loving and grounding so you just feel calm around her.

I took Oxana's Mindful Moving Meditation classes and enjoyed it tremendously. As we normally go through similar routines each day, it becomes really easy to get stuck into certain patterns of movement, and these classes do a tremendous job of interrupting those static patterns and awakening and reconnecting with the body as a whole. And I loved how Oxana ends up helping us connect our movements with something even bigger than our bodies, our spiritual energy around us, allowing us to get a glimpse of our souls. The meditative aspect at the end was a wonderful bonus as well. Would love to take these classes again at some point.
