With me as your guide, you will learn about your energetic map and understand how it affects your mental, emotional and physical states and the life you create. You will ground into the Earth's zero point frequency and experience a deep relaxation of the nervous system, deepen the connection to the realm of your emotions and acceptance of what arises, ignite the fire within to gain the energy for life creation, recalibrate your heart to move forward in love, open up and listen to the truth in your voice, deepen trust in your intuition and tap into the higher wisdom. You will embark on the journey of breathing, guided meditations, deep restorative stretching, gentle yoga, chakra balancing yoga, Qi gong, free-flowing mindful movement, as well as deepen the connection to the full spectrum of your mental and emotional states through sound, nature and knowledge.
The lush organic gardens full of fruit trees and exotic flowers at the Mystica Retreat Center will allow you to reconnect and commune with Nature and find your own unique place within it, allowing it to ground, nourish and support you. The combination of movement, nature, sound and provided knowledge will open a door to a deeper inner-knowing of your mental blocks and challenges while enabling you to deepen your connection to the full spectrum of your emotional state, ground you into the present moment and relaxed body, and provide an opportunity to see a bigger picture of your life.
You will have an opportunity to bond with like-minded people, hike in the jungle forests, swim in nourishing waterfalls and natural pools, heal while forest bathing, enjoy adventure time, and immerse yourself in an indigenous culture while visiting an Organic Chocolate Farm, along with an option to book a healing massage and reiki sessions. The Mediterranean aromas, vibrant colors, and the enchanting music of the Mystica Restaurant along with the comfortable and cozy Mystica Accommodations add another layer of luxury and relaxation to your journey.
